The Registration will be confirmed only after full payment is received.
Full payment (100%) must be made prior to the event. If you have made a payment, please notify us and attach the payment receipt to iigce@onus.asia.
All prices include 11% VAT.
The transmitter must cover all bank fees and money transfer costs.
Early Bird pricing is valid until June 26, 2022. The Normal Price is applied as of June 27, 2022.
When registering, please attach a copy of your INAGA membership, International Association membership, or Student ID.
If participant is unable to attend, telephone cancellation is not accepted and should be informed by writing, yet substitution will be accepted as long as the NEW PARTICIPANT will substitute the FORMER PARTICIPANT to attend the whole event.
Non-attendance (No Show) of registered participant or early termination of attendance will be charged 100% of Convention/ Pre-Conference Workshop/ Field Trip fee.
Cancellation requested by Participant shall be submitted the organizer in writing, completed with appropriate reason at least 30 days before event (03 August 2022) to receive 50% refund.
The company regrets that HAVE MADE PAYMENT will get NO REFUND if cancellation notifications received by the organizer less than 15 days before event (25 August 2022).
In case of force majeure, which includes natural disaster, flood, earthquakes, hurricanes, fires, epidemics, rebellion, wars, riots, civil unrest, explosions, act of terrorism, Change in laws and regulations and/or economic policy/monetary/unstable political situation that directly affect the execution of this agreement, any subsequent delay of failure such shall not be regarded as the fault of the organizer shall be released from any liability due to impending result where the obligations pertaining the event cannot by duly met.
